We load up and remove furniture and all personal property including trash, food, appliances (if needed) etc. in order to empty the house, apartment, or commercial building. We also remove furniture and property from yards and sheds. We broom sweep the property and scrap the carpets to remove most of the debris, in order that the carpets can be vacuumed afterward. 

Most require furniture and personal property be hauled to the dump or disposed of at the time of the eviction or clean out. However, St. Charles County maintains that all personal property be put on the nearest public street for 24 hours before being hauled away or disposed of properly. We also can expedite towing and vehicle removal at the time of eviction.
